Prepare and design agreements, articles of incorporation and other legal instruments as may be required by clients within the legal framework, while ensuring the interests of clients and avoiding violation of rights, including the interests of clients that may arise from these legal instruments.
Sign and stamp, authenticate contracts, agreements and other legal documents in compliance with the laws.
Prepare a letter of notification to the related parties by notifying to act or prohibit any action, including reminder or warning of legal action being taken against abusive activities based on the facts and as desired by clients according to the legal framework.
