- Represent party to participate in the course of reconciliation, negotiation and mediation on all civil, labor and trade disputes, etc.
- Act as a mediator by arranging the conciliation process on civil and commercial disputes as requested and appointed by the parties to the dispute.
- Represent and defend clients in the proceedings of the Arbitration Council regarding labor disputes.
- Represent and defend trade unions in the event of any dispute with companies or employers through a win-win strategy.
