• Act as mandatory representative for the civil party or defend the rights of victim and
• Act as attorney at law to defend the rights of suspects, the charged or accused persons in criminal cases at all stages of the following proceedings:

           -Investigative procedures

           -Prosecuting procedures (the prosecution)

           -Inquiring procedures and

           -Trial procedures

• Represent and defend the above rights that may take place at all tribunals, including:

           -Court of First Instance

            -Court of Appeal and

            -Supreme Court

• Defend the cases and the client’s rights before the adjudicating tribunal of the public or private bodies or within the professional framework in accordance with the law and legal instruments stipulated in the applicable laws.
