  • Cases of provisional relief
  • Cases of compulsory enforcement
  • Cases of filing for re-trial
  • Cases related to personal status
  • Non-litigation civil cases and
  • Cases involving various applications at all stages of court proceedings.
  • Act as mandatory representative for clients in commercial and employment cases, including:
  • Shareholders contract disputes
  • Modification of the articles of incorporation
  • Company dissolution
  • Company liquidation
  • Disputes over the rights of provisions in the labor law, employment contracts as well as other related disputes.
