Introduce to clients an internationally recognized insurance company.
Prepare an insurance contract with an insurance company.
Carry out inspection and evaluation of insurance contracts for the accuracy of legal requirements.
Monitor the performance of the insurance company to the clients.
Act as a client’s representative in resolving disputes with insurance companies in all circumstances.
Act as a representative in claiming premiums from insurance companies on behalf of clients.
*Banking services
Provide advice to clients on lending, secured transactions and financial schemes to ensure clients’ investments are safe and in accordance with the Cambodian laws.
Resolve legal issues for the banks when there is a dispute with another client or company.
Offer advice on bank operating arrangements pertaining to legal issues.
Prepare documents to undertake bank liquidation and closing.
Prepare documents related to the creation of mortgage (charge and discharge) and other securities.
Prepare documents and apply for registration with the Ministry of Land Management or the Cadastral Department (of provincial-capital levels) related to the creation of mortgage and other securities.
Represent the banks in all circumstances to resolve general and commercial disputes.
Prepare agreements related to bank loans.
Seal all bank agreements and file or retain any documents or papers related to the banks and clients, etc.
